Ashera Earth Mother, LLC orders are taken 24 hours, 7 days a week and are processed in the order of which they are received. Items are handmade in small batches with love and care and therefore, all orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days, from the time the order was placed. You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email when your order is shipped.
All orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping. This will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for delayed packages, stolen packages, lost packages, or packages delivered to the wrong address. We strongly encourage you to contact USPS directly, if you experience any of these issues.
Ashera Earth Mother is unable to accept returns or exchanges on our food products at this time. These products are deemed to be perishable items. Each item is packaged at the time of order. Because of this and our food and safety standards, items are not able to be placed back into inventory. We stand by our premium products. If you have any issues with our products, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will be sure to remedy your issue. Remedies may include item replacement or Ashera Earth Mother Credit. If you receive the wrong product or the packaging was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a replacement. Please send images of the incorrect items or damaged packaging to email@example.com. At this time, Ashera Earth Mother does not offer refunds unless the product that you have received is no longer available for replacement and cannot be restocked and shipped within 2-3 weeks.
